Unmesh Mehta, fondly known as Uno, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bhavna Corp. He has built a unique service company with a strong emphasis on customer commitment, thought leadership, and execution excellence. His leadership has fostered a culture of unity, focusing on people, processes, and metrics, ultimately driving client success.

With over 35 years of experience in senior management roles across internationally recognized technology, communication, and multimedia companies, Uno has demonstrated a consistent ability to grow revenue while reducing operating costs. He has played a pivotal role in launching business units and building 12+ offshore design centers across 30 countries, including four in India.

Uno holds a Master's in Structural Engineering and Computer Science and remains a continuous learner, attending numerous seminars on technology, management, and organizational development.

Deepak Karihalu Sr. Director - MGMT

Deepak Karihalu has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, blending technical skills with leadership qualities. He has worked in various environments, from startups to large companies like ACL Wireless, SumTotal Systems, and One97 (Paytm). At Bhavna, Deepak has been instrumental in setting up multiple functions, including QA, project management practices, IT infrastructure, and Operations. Known for his logical approach and strong focus on people and relationship-building, he connects deeply with both employees and clients. Currently, he is an Executive team member overseeing Operations across multiple locations and Finance. Deepak holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management from Symbiosis Pune and has extensive experience in video, telecom, and e-learning domains.

Swati Pandey Associate Director - HR

Swati Pandey is an HR professional with over 13 years of diverse experience across talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational planning. She has managed HR functions in both startup and established IT/ITES organizations, scaling HR departments to align with the organization’s values and mission.

Swati excels in multi-cultural, multi-location environments and is passionate about transforming HR processes to support business growth. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that HR is "to the people, and for the people." Swati holds a Master's in Human Resource Management.

Specializing in data-driven project management using Agile development and dual-shore models, Santosh has led multiple successful programs across healthcare, BFSI, and utility sectors in geographies such as the USA, UK, and India.

His strengths include process improvement, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. Santosh holds a Master’s degree in Computers and has a strong track record of building and leading high-performance teams.

Dhiraj Kumar Senior Engineering Manager

Dhiraj Kumar is an experienced software engineer with over 15 years in the industry, specializing in Microsoft technologies such as .NET, .NET Core, C#, and Web API, as well as UI technologies like JavaScript, React, Redux, and UI/UX development. A coding enthusiast, Dhiraj is passionate about exploring new technologies and solving complex problems.

Since joining Bhavna Corp in December 2015, Dhiraj has continuously contributed to the company’s growth through his technical expertise. He holds an Electronics degree from Delhi University and a Master’s in Computer Applications.

Sandeep Kumar Nagullapally Senior Manager-IT

A seasoned IT leader with over a decade of expertise in IT infrastructure management, cloud automation, network security, and process optimization. As the head of IT at Bhavna Software, Sandeep oversee’s multi-location infrastructure, drive cloud automation initiatives, and ensure robust network and security architecture. He played a key role in achieving the company’s ISO certification by implementing well-defined policies, procedures, and processes.

Previously, at Genpact India, he specializes in Microsoft Outlook administration, Azure-based cloud solutions, and security frameworks, leveraging automation to enhance operational efficiency. His expertise spans firewall configurations, infrastructure upgrades, and incident management.

A B.Tech graduate in Computer Science Engineering from C.V.S.R College of Engineering, Sandeep has been recognized with various awards for driving IT excellence and innovation.

On personal front, she is a mother, loves cooking, travelling and is a great host.
