Unmesh “Uno” Mehta is the Founder and CEO of Bhavna Corp, where he has built a service organization defined by customer commitment, thought leadership, and execution excellence.
With over 35 years of leadership experience across global technology and communication companies, Uno has successfully launched business units and established 12+ offshore design centers in 30 countries. His people-first approach and focus on processes, metrics, and unity continue to drive Bhavna’s growth and client success.
His philosophy is simple — technology evolves, but passion, creativity, and trust remain at the core. At a time when Artificial Intelligence is redefining industries, Uno champions a vision where AI empowers rather than replaces, and where innovation is measured not in flashy trends, but in the real value delivered to clients and the growth invested in people. For him, Bhavna’s true legacy lies in building a culture that rides every wave of change — with integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to making an impact that lasts for decades to come.
Deepak Karihalu plays a pivotal leadership role at Bhavna Corp, shaping the organization’s global operating and financial framework to enable sustainable growth and long-term value. As a strategic partner to the CEO, he translates vision into disciplined execution through strong governance and operational excellence.
With over 23 years of experience, Deepak began his career in software testing with organizations such as ACL Wireless (Sinch) and SumTotal Systems (Cornerstone), and went on to lead high-performing teams across QA, engineering, and project management at Paytm (One97).
A Master’s graduate in Computer Management from Symbiosis Pune, Deepak has been with Bhavna since its inception and has been instrumental in building core capabilities across QA, PMO, IT infrastructure, marketing, and operations.
Outside of work, he finds balance through spirituality, meditation, time in the mountains, and family.

Santosh Kumar

Santosh Kumar is Director of Engineering at Bhavna Corp, responsible for delivery excellence, PMO governance, and large-scale program execution. He leads initiatives focused on process maturity, productivity optimization, quality enhancement, and AI-driven insights to ensure predictable delivery and strong client outcomes.
With over 19 years of experience, Santosh has built a strong foundation in engineering, having designed and developed scalable application platforms early in his career. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and brings deep expertise in Agile practices, PMO transformation, and enterprise program management.
He is passionate about solving complex delivery challenges, mentoring future leaders, and driving data-led improvements that create measurable business impact. Outside of work, he enjoys continuous learning and spending quality time with family.
Yashpal Singh leads cross-functional engineering teams at Bhavna Corp, overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology solutions. He focuses on driving technical excellence, fostering innovation, and building high-performing offshore teams aligned with business growth objectives.
His career spans a combination of hands-on engineering and leadership roles, delivering large-scale enterprise solutions and managing globally distributed teams. Yashpal holds a degree in Engineering and brings expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, along with AI-first and generative AI solutions, including tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
He is driven by solving real-world problems through innovation, mentoring teams, and enabling cloud and AI-led transformation. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring emerging technologies, following sports, and spending time with his family.

Dhiraj Kumar is an Engineering Manager at Bhavna Corp, leading end-to-end delivery, team management, and onboarding across multiple programs. With over 17 years of experience, he specializes in building scalable engineering solutions, optimizing delivery efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
Prior to Bhavna, Dhiraj led enterprise-scale initiatives focused on modernizing legacy systems and driving engineering excellence. His cross-functional experience has strengthened his expertise in delivery ownership and stakeholder management. He holds an MCA and has been recognized for driving successful project transitions and delivery outcomes.
He is motivated by solving complex problems and enabling teams to operate independently and efficiently. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips, exploring new destinations, and spending time with his family.
Sandeep Kumar Nagulapally leads IT Operations at Bhavna Corp, overseeing infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity to build secure, scalable, and resilient technology ecosystems. He plays a critical role in strengthening security frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and driving operational excellence across the organization.
His professional journey includes leadership roles at Genpact, TalentLogic Info Services, and Vijai Electricals, where he managed enterprise IT infrastructure in high-demand environments. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and has contributed to ISO 27001 certification initiatives as part of award-winning teams.
Sandeep is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance security, optimize efficiency, and enable sustainable business growth. Outside of work, he actively engages in community service and enjoys cricket.

He brings together deep technical expertise and a people-first leadership approach, shaped by mentoring teams, building strong engineering capabilities, and enabling talent to grow through every challenge.
Passionate about shaping intelligent, scalable, and human-centric systems, Niraj envisions expanding his strategic impact while contributing meaningfully to Bhavna’s mission of creating real value, empowering people, and building a legacy that lasts for decades. Beyond work, he finds joy in nature—nurturing plants like family—and in understanding people, an interest he fondly calls his own version of “mind reading.”

Prashant Shrivastava is a Senior QA Manager at Bhavna Corp, leading multiple QA teams supporting MeridianLink products. With nearly two decades of experience, he oversees functional and automation testing, delivery quality, onboarding, and continuous process improvement.
Over his 19+ year career, Prashant has led large-scale QA programs across diverse domains and contributed to global product releases, including initiatives at Harley-Davidson headquarters in the United States. He holds an MCA and is actively advancing his expertise in AI-driven QA transformation, including Copilot and Claude-based solutions.
He is driven by building high-performing teams, mentoring engineers, and leveraging automation and AI to deliver consistent client value. Outside of work, he enjoys long drives, nature travel, and exploring emerging technologies.
Noor Mohammad Patni leads Talent Acquisition at Bhavna Corp, overseeing end-to-end hiring across technical and business functions. He is focused on building strong talent pipelines, enhancing recruitment efficiency, and aligning hiring strategies with evolving business priorities.
Before joining Bhavna, Noor worked with organizations such as Fitness BI and Altisource, where he managed talent acquisition and HR operations across both volume and specialized hiring. These experiences have shaped his strengths in stakeholder management, hiring strategy, and process optimization. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and is certified in Tech Recruitment by SkillPanel.

Marketing Manager
Nigar Sultana leads Marketing and Corporate Communications at Bhavna Corp, shaping the organization’s brand narrative and positioning across platforms. She is responsible for driving integrated marketing initiatives, social media strategy, brand partnerships, and award recognition programs.
Her experience spans campaigns for leading brands and institutions including Hero Honda, State Bank of India, the Ministry of Science, as well as CSR initiatives for IKEA and Google. She brings a strong ability to translate brand identity into impactful, insight-driven campaigns.
Nigar holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Management, a Diploma in Journalism, and is Google-certified in Digital Marketing.
She is passionate about storytelling and building authentic brand connections. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hosting, and balancing her professional journey with motherhood.
Jogender Rohilla is a Senior QA Lead at Bhavna Corp, where he leads the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence, shaping QA strategy and execution across programs. He is instrumental in mentoring engineering teams, advancing automation frameworks, and establishing robust quality metrics, while serving as a key liaison between QA, engineering, and leadership.
Prior to Bhavna, Jogender held roles at Xavinet Infosystem and Wipro, where he developed deep expertise in quality engineering and robotic process automation. He holds a B.Tech from Manav Rachna College of Engineering and is a certified Blue Prism Developer, with hands-on experience in Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress. His contributions have been consistently recognized by clients for delivery excellence.
Jogender is driven by solving complex challenges through automation and building solutions that deliver tangible business value. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring emerging technologies, playing cricket, watching films, and creating digital content.
